This October WireMock will participate in Hacktoberfest - a global hack fest and open source celebration. We invite all users and community members to join us and improve the WireMock ecosystem and get special swag! Adopt WireMock in your projects, contribute new features and fixes, improve docs, create new demos and artwork, everything counts. Potential projects include but not limited to: adopting and showcasing WireMock in your own projects, improving SDKs and Testcontainers implementations, improving documentation and OpenAPI specs for WireMock 3, creating new Mock API templates and OpenAPI specs, etc. All contributors will receive digital awards, and in WireMock we are also happy to offer T-shirts and special swag to the most active contributors to the WireMock open source ecosystem! On October 2nd, noon UTC, we will host a hack day event for those who are interested in contributing to WireMock or creating extensions for it. There we will speak about contributing to WireMock, available tasks and project ideas. We will also discuss the contributing process and answer all questions from participants.
