Hi Everyone , just a quick question - Is it possible to import OpenAPI spec to wiremock opensource other than using wiremock cloud ? is there any way we can have this feature added as part of wiremock opensource ?

Hi @Anitt Rajendran, this isn’t something we plan to open source at the moment. However, there’s nothing to stop you using it via the free WireMock Cloud plan and you can export the resulting stubs. You can also import the OpenAPI spec via an API call, if automation is your concern.

Thanks Tom we are planning to build a tool which would create mock service by importing the Openapi spec and since we are building for our enterprise wanted to get clarification on this . At this moment we don't have approval for paid version but this can be worked out in the future if our MVP and phase 1 gets traction .

OK, that's good to know. Please let us know if we can help you with your evaluation and getting it approved. We've worked with customers in the past who's need centers around automated build of mock APIs from OpenAPI so we can advise on this approach.
